HOLIDAYS
AMHERST GARDEN CLUB
AMHERST MEMORY TREE 2023
The lighting of the Memory Tree is a 28-year-old tradition in our community sponsored by the Amherst Garden Club.
A tree on the Amherst Village Green will be lit on December 8th to memorialize loved ones who have passed yet are still so present in our minds and fill our hearts with love.
Each light is a powerful reminder that we can include those who have died in our holiday traditions. The deadline has pasted to submit names by December 1st for 2023, but will be posted on a board near the tree and listed in a future edition
Donations are placed in the Amherst Garden Club Charitable Fund and proceeds are awarded to a community project that aligns with the mission of the Amherst Garden Club.
